Combine the cognac, BOLS Blue Curaçao, peach liqueur, and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice cubes. Vigorously shake the mixture until well chilled.

Strain the contents through a bar strainer into an aperitif glass over a few fresh ice cubes.

Top off with champagne.

Garnish the glass with a peach slice and a physalis on the rim.
