Place the rock candy, POTT Rum, and cinnamon stick into a preserving jar.

Shake occasionally to ensure even mixing.

Once the initial rock candy has dissolved, add the remaining rock candy to the jar.

After four days, strain the infused rum and transfer it into small jars or bags for serving or gifting.
