Combine the dark rum, Cointreau, grenadine syrup, lemon juice, orange juice, and pineapple juice in a shaker.

Add ice cubes and shake vigorously until well chilled.

Fill half of a double old fashioned glass with crushed ice.

Strain the mixture into the glass over the crushed ice.
