Fill a mixing glass with blackberries and sprinkle the sugar on top.

Use a misting spray to ignite the POTT Rum over the sugar until it is fully caramelized.

Pour the Chambord and vodka into the glass and shake vigorously to slightly extract the blackberry juice.

Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass, without ice, and garnish with a blackberry.
