Include the freshly squeezed grapefruit juice.

If desired, add a few drops of Maraschino Liqueur for an optional twist.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled Wine Glass.

Garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel, expressing its oils over the drink before placing it on top.
