Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare the glass by creating a citrus peel and sugar crusta. To achieve this, find a whole lemon that fits snugly inside the top of your glass, ensuring its equator touches the rim.

Shake the cognac, freshly squeezed lemon juice, rich sugar syrup, Giffard Crème de Framboise, and saline solution with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-prepared glass.
