Use honey syrup made with 3 parts honey to 1 part water by weight for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a Champagne flute.

Prepare a lemon zest twist for garnish.

Shake the vodka, Aperitivo Luxardo, lemon juice, honey syrup, and egg white (or your chosen alternative) with ice. Strain the mixture back into the shaker.

Dry shake the mixture, omitting the ice.

Fine strain the cocktail into the chilled flute.

Express the lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use it as a garnish.
