Quick Little Pick Me Up

Prepare the coffee-infused amaro in advance: gently crack 10 g coffee beans without pulverizing them, combine with 8 oz Ramazzotti, and infuse for 24 hours. Strain and bottle the finished infusion.

For one drink, pour 2 oz of the prepared coffee-infused amaro into an Old Fashioned glass over one large fresh ice block. Express the lemon peel over the drink and use it as garnish.
