Chill a cocktail coupe by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice and water while you prepare the cocktail.

Prepare an orange zest twist for garnish by using a peeler or knife to remove a strip of zest from an orange.

In a mixing glass, combine the Lustau Oloroso Don Nuño Sherry, Strucchi Dry Vermouth, hazelnut liqueur, and a dash of orange bitters.

Add ice to the mixing glass and stir the mixture until well-chilled.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Express the orange zest twist over the surface of the cocktail to release its oils, then place it on the rim or in the glass as a garnish.
