Instructions

In an old-fashioned glass, stir together the powdered sugar, water, and bitters until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Once dissolved, add ice cubes to the glass and pour in the light rum.

Garnish with a twist of lime peel.

Float the 151 proof rum on top and serve immediately.
