Apple Grass

Chill a cocktail coupe in preparation for serving.

Prepare a garnish by slicing a wedge from a green apple.

Combine bison grass vodka, Licor 43 Original liqueur, ginger syrup, apple juice or apple cider (ensuring it is cloudy and unsweetened), and freshly squeezed lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled cocktail coupe.

Garnish the drink by placing the apple wedge on the rim of the glass.
