Miami Martini

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a martini glass.

Prepare a garnish by setting aside a wedge of watermelon.

Muddle the watermelon flesh in the base of a shaker.

Add the vodka, Strucchi Red Bitter, chilled Strucchi Bianco Vermouth, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and rich sugar syrup to the shaker.

Shake the mixture with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled martini glass.

Garnish the cocktail by placing the watermelon wedge on the rim of the glass.
