Chill a martini glass in preparation.

Combine the London Dry gin, Aperol, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and orgeat in a cocktail shaker.

Add the grapefruit bitters and cherry bitters to the mixture.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the prepared chilled martini glass.

Express the oils from a lemon twist over the cocktail, lightly rim the glass with the twist, and then drop it into the drink as a garnish.
