How to make Melon Maple Fizz with Melon, Gin, Melon Liqueur. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Muddle the honeydew melon cubes in the base of a shaker.
Add the Hayman's London Dry Gin, green melon liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white to the shaker.
Shake vigorously with ice until well chilled.
Fine strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with Thomas Henry Soda Water to finish.
