Perfect Pear

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Moisten half the outside rim with additional orange juice and dip that half into sugar.

Shake the Poire William eau-de-vie, freshly squeezed lemon juice, freshly squeezed orange juice, rich sugar syrup, and saline solution with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled coupe.
