Instructions

Chill an Old Fashioned glass by rinsing it with Green Chartreuse and setting it aside.

Combine Amaro Meletti, Aperol, Amaro Lazzaroni, Amaro Ramazzotti, Campari, Amaro CioCiaro, Amaro Montenegro, and Amaro Sibilla in a mixing glass.

Add Peychaud's Bitters and a dash of orange bitters to the mixing glass.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the prepared Old Fashioned glass.
