Chill a cocktail coupe glass in advance to ensure it's well-prepared for your cocktail.

Shake the Metaxa 12 Stars, Cointreau L'Unique triple sec liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, Mastiha liqueur, and saline solution with ice until well mixed and chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled cocktail coupe.

Express the orange zest twist over the cocktail to release its aromatic oils, then place it as a garnish.
