Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.

Prepare a garnish by flaming a coin-sized orange zest twist, then express the oils and set it aside to float on the cocktail later.

Stir the bourbon whiskey, Amaro, and Punt E Mes vermouth amaro with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled glass.

Finish by floating the prepared orange zest twist on top.
