Chill a cocktail coupe glass in preparation for serving.

Prepare a garnish by slicing an apple wedge.

Combine the Cuban rum, pimento dram, apple juice, Angostura bitters, and saline solution in a shaker filled with ice.

Shake vigorously to blend and chill the ingredients.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with the apple wedge on the rim of the glass.
