Fill an Old Fashioned glass with ice, add the single malt Scotch whisky, and set aside.

In a separate mixing glass, combine Hayman's London Dry Gin, Strucchi Red Bitter, Strucchi Rosso Vermouth, and Amaro with ice. Stir well to chill and blend the ingredients.

Discard the ice and Scotch from the Old Fashioned glass, and refill it with fresh ice, preferably using one large cube or block.

Strain the stirred mixture into the prepared glass, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully with the single malt essence.
