THE RECIPE
How to make Silver Surfer with Tequila Blanco, Orgeat Syrup, Kummel. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Shake the blanco tequila, orgeat, kummel, and freshly squeezed lime juice with ice until well chilled.
Double strain the mixture into a chilled Double Old Fashioned Glass.
Garnish with a mint sprig for a refreshing finish.
If using a potent kummel like Combier, consider halving the kummel and compensating with simple syrup.
