Deckside Derby

Select a highball glass and pre-chill it.

Prepare a garnish of a grapefruit slice wheel and fresh mint sprigs.

Shake the rye whiskey, freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice, lemon juice, honey syrup, St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram liqueur, and orange bitters with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled highball glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with the grapefruit slice wheel and a bouquet of mint sprigs.
