Kentucky Pear

Chill a martini glass to ensure your cocktail stays cool and refreshing.

Prepare a pear wedge to use as a garnish.

Combine the bourbon whiskey, pear & cognac liqueur, freshly pressed pear juice, and cloudy, unsweetened apple juice or apple cider in a shaker.

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled martini glass.

Finish by garnishing the rim of the glass with the prepared pear wedge.
