Pineapple & Cardamom 'Martini'

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Muddle the green cardamom pods in the base of a cocktail shaker.

Add the Ketel One Vodka, pineapple juice, and rich sugar syrup to the shaker.

Shake vigorously with ice until well-chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
