Fish House Punch

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Prepare your garnish by slicing a lemon and grating fresh nutmeg.

Combine the cognac, rum, peach liqueur, cold black tea, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and rich sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker.

Add ice to the shaker and shake the mixture well.

Strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish with the lemon slice and a light dusting of grated nutmeg.
