Combine the blended aged rum, Jamaican rum, Averna Amaro, freshly squeezed lime juice, and orgeat syrup in a shaker.

Add a single ice cube to the shaker and shake vigorously until the ice has melted and the mixture becomes frothy.

Pour the frothy mixture into an Old Fashioned glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprinkle of freshly grated nutmeg.
