Green Apple & Cucumber Martini

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Chill a martini glass in advance to ensure it's perfectly cold.

Prepare a garnish by slicing fresh cucumber into thin, elegant rounds.

Peel the cucumber, then chop and muddle it thoroughly at the base of a cocktail shaker.

Add the cucumber-flavored vodka, Giffard Sour Apple Liqueur, cloudy apple juice or cider, and the rich sugar syrup to the shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously to combine and chill the mixture.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled martini glass, leaving any solids behind.

Garnish with the prepared cucumber slices for a refreshing finish.
