Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare an orange zest twist for garnish.

Stir the bourbon whiskey, Caribbean blended rum, Malibu Original coconut rum liqueur, Italian red bitter liqueur, and chilled Strucchi Rosso Vermouth with ice.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled Old Fashioned glass, ideally over a large cube or a chunk of block ice.

Express the orange zest twist over the cocktail and use it as garnish.
