Chill a cocktail coupe by filling it with ice water.

In a mixing glass, combine the Scotch, sweet vermouth, dry vermouth, Angostura bitters, and orange bitters.

Add ice to the mixing glass and stir until well chilled.

Discard the ice water from the cocktail coupe and strain the mixture into the glass.
