Combine the rum, freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, honey syrup, and espresso in a cocktail shaker.

Add the salt solution to the shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.

Double strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel to enhance the aroma.
