Chicago Zephyr

Rinse a Goblet Glass with the absinthe, coating the inside of the glass and discarding any excess.

In a shaker, combine the aquavit, orgeat, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and Peychaud's Bitters.

Dry shake the mixture without ice to blend the flavors.

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Double strain the cocktail into the prepared coupe glass.

Garnish with a sprinkle of caraway seeds.

Serve immediately.
