Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.
Chill a cocktail coupe glass in preparation for serving.
Garnish with a dehydrated lemon slice wheel.
Shake the Hayman's London Dry Gin, Strucchi Red Bitter, Amaro, freshly squeezed lemon and orange juices, rich sugar syrup, and egg white or alternative with ice. Then, strain the mixture back into the shaker.
Dry shake the mixture without ice to achieve a frothy texture.
Fine strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe glass.
