Stir together the Jamaican rum, rye, Swedish Punsch, ginger syrup, and bitters with ice until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass over a large ice cube or sphere.

Garnish with an expressed orange peel, releasing its oils over the drink before placing it in the glass.
