Chill a cocktail coupe in advance to ensure optimal serving temperature.

Slice two fresh passion fruits in half and set aside, as one half will serve as your garnish.

Scoop the seeds and flesh from three of the passion fruit halves directly into a cocktail shaker.

Add the Havana Club Original Añejo 3 Años Cuban rum, freshly squeezed lime juice, and rich sugar syrup to the shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously to combine and chill the ingredients.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled cocktail coupe to remove any pulp.

Float the remaining passion fruit half on top of the cocktail as an elegant garnish.
