Rim an Old Fashioned glass with sal de gusano (worm salt) and set it aside.

Combine mezcal, reposado tequila, herbal liqueur, maraschino liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, and pineapple syrup in a cocktail shaker.

Shake the mixture vigorously to chill and blend the flavors.

Strain the cocktail over fresh ice into the prepared glass.
