Sunset 'Martini'

Chill a cocktail coupe glass in preparation for serving.

Muddle the hulled strawberries in the base of a cocktail shaker until well crushed.

Add the passion fruit-flavored vodka, passion fruit purée, and vanilla sugar syrup to the shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled cocktail coupe.

Garnish with half a strawberry on the rim of the glass and serve alongside a shot glass of prosecco.
