Watermelon Fresh Fruit Martini

Select and pre-chill a martini glass.

Prepare a garnish by skewering a cube of watermelon.

Muddle the chopped fresh watermelon in the base of a shaker until well mashed.

Add Ketel One Vodka, Strucchi Bianco Vermouth, rich sugar syrup, and a dash of Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters to the shaker.

Shake the mixture vigorously with ice until well combined and chilled.

Fine strain the shaken mixture into the pre-chilled martini glass.

Garnish the cocktail with the skewered watermelon cube.
