Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.
Prepare a garnish of Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
Shake the rum, freshly squeezed lime juice, rich sugar syrup, Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, chilled water or mineral water, and saline solution with ice.
Fine strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
Float the raspberry eau-de-vie on top.
Garnish with a Maraschino cherry dropped into the cocktail.
