Select and pre-chill a double old-fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish by skewering pineapple cubes and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry on a fruit stick, and gather fresh mint sprigs.

Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled glass over crushed ice.

Garnish with the prepared fruit stick and a bouquet of mint sprigs.
