Use these specified component styles: Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old).

Select and pre-chill the cocktail coupe.

Prepare the garnish by setting aside a fresh mint leaf.

Pour the light white rum, elderflower liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, Angostura Aromatic Bitters, mint leaves, and honey into a shaker. Stir thoroughly to ensure the honey is well incorporated.

Add ice to the shaker and shake briskly.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.

Garnish by floating the mint leaf on the cocktail or securing it to the rim with a small dab of honey.
