Apricot Cosmo

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Chill a martini glass before starting the preparation.

Stir the apricot jam with the vodka in a mixing glass until the jam is fully dissolved.

Add the cranberry juice, sugar syrup, freshly squeezed lime juice, and a couple of dashes of orange bitters.

Shake the mixture vigorously with ice to ensure it is well chilled.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a wedge of apricot or a dried apricot half on the rim of the glass.
