Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish of lemon zest twist.

Stir the Pallini Limoncello liqueur, Strucchi Red Bitter, and Strucchi Rosso Vermouth with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled glass filled with ice, ideally over a large cube or chunk of block ice.

Express the lemon zest twist over the cocktail, then use it as a garnish.
