How to make Si-Güey with Tequila Reposado, Orange Liqueur, Orange Bitters. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Use these specified component styles: Peated single malt whisky.
Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.
Prepare a garnish of orange zest twist.
Stir the reposado tequila, Ferrand Dry Curaçao liqueur, and orange bitters with ice.
Fine strain the mixture into the ice-filled Old Fashioned glass, preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice.
Float the peated single malt whisky on top of the cocktail.
Express the orange zest twist over the cocktail to release its oils, then discard the twist.
