Staffordshire Delight

Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Prepare a pineapple wedge for garnish.

Shake the light gold rum, Fernet Branca liqueur, Monin Almond Syrup, freshly squeezed lime juice, pineapple juice, and a dash of Angostura Aromatic Bitters with ice.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish with the prepared pineapple wedge on the rim.
