Sumac Martini

Start with these components prepared in advance: Vodka (sumac infused, see note).

Chill a martini glass until frosty.

Combine the sumac-infused vodka, Velvet Falernum, freshly squeezed lime juice, and pomegranate juice in a shaker.

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled.

Double strain the cocktail into the prepared martini glass.

Garnish with a sprinkle of the sumac/cumin blend.
