Use these specified component styles: Peated single malt whisky.

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish by creating a lemon zest twist and setting it aside. Optionally, float a dehydrated blood orange slice or add a skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

Shake the peated single malt whisky, cherry liqueur, Strucchi Rosso Vermouth, blood orange juice, Italian red bitter liqueur, and saline solution with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled cocktail coupe.
