Start with these components prepared in advance: Tequila (Rosemary-infused).

Muddle the sugar, fresh lemon juice, and strawberries thoroughly in the bottom of an Old Fashioned glass.

Add the rosemary-infused tequila, elderflower liqueur, and Cynar to the muddled mixture.

Shake the combined ingredients vigorously.

Serve the cocktail over ice in the prepared Old Fashioned glass.
