Use these specified component styles: Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old).

Dry shake all ingredients, including the light white rum, Strucchi Rosso Vermouth, freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice, Monin cinnamon syrup, freshly squeezed lime juice, and either egg white or optional Fee Brothers Fee Foam, to emulsify without ice.

Add ice to the mixture and shake again vigorously.
