How to make Jambouree with Apricot Jam, Bourbon Whiskey, Orange Liqueur. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Stir the apricot jam with the bourbon whiskey in the base of a shaker until mostly dissolved.
Add the Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur, along with the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Shake with ice vigorously.
Fine strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
