Instructions

Rinse a chilled cocktail coupe with orange flower water, then discard any excess.

Add the blanco tequila, Cynar, freshly squeezed lime juice, and simple syrup to a shaker filled with ice.

Shake the mixture vigorously until well chilled.

Strain the cocktail into the prepared coupe.

Add a few dashes of rhubarb bitters to finish.
